What does it mean to be in your body?
How is it that we become disconnected from our body and it’s communication with our mind?
How can you regain that sensual mind-body connection for a healthier and more pleasure-filled life?
Our life begins with effortless communication between our mind and our bodies. But our present system of learning promotes a disconnect such that we forget how to listen to the messages our bodies are sending us. This lack of communication with the body traps the energy of our emotions and the wisdom of the body resulting in disease, lack of sensation, and decreased sexual and sensual pleasure. There may even be fear of allowing yourself to fully feel through your body. Join us for a discussion of the biology behind the mind-body connection and learn to re-establish this link through natural movement and easy guided exercises. (For women only. Please wear comfortable clothing. No nudity.)
